My Pot (吾家火锅) in Chinese  吾 means my , 家means home and火锅means hot pot; together, it means my home style hot pot. We serve homemade soup base without MSG and artificial flavors. Our soup bases take hours to cook along with all natural ingredients, because this is the way my family makes soup; we don't take shortcuts.
